Data we process

We process account identifiers, content you choose to capture, files, device registrations, usage and billing status, and connected-service data you explicitly authorize.

Service providers

Convex provides authentication, database, file storage, and server functions. Vercel hosts the web experience. Groq processes selected content for language-model features, Voyage AI creates search embeddings, Resend delivers transactional email, Stripe processes web billing, and RevenueCat coordinates mobile entitlements. Store purchases are also governed by Apple or Google.

Control and retention

You can export or delete your personal account from Preferences. Deletion revokes sessions, devices, and integrations before a bounded erasure workflow removes personal workspace data and originals. Provider billing records may be retained where legally required.
